REPAIRS & UPGRADES

• IN STORE - You can bring your PC or laptop anytime were OPEN. Most repairs have a 1 day turnaround time. No repair has taken more than 7 days. Check here for service rates.

• ONSITE - We will report to your business/home location. A member of our Technical Services staff will then evaluate the problem and provide you with the best solution. Repairs will begin immediately after you have determined  once we have decided on a course of action.

  Onsite service is available to serve any (local) business / home location WITHIN 25 MILES.
  Work orders may be opened and service technicians dispatched during normal business hours.
  The mobile rate will apply when the service technician arrives at your location.
  All hardware repair completion times are dependent upon parts availability. The more we know about the problem before we arrive, the better prepared we can be. If the home visit is not successful, we can bring your system back, repair it, and drop it off the next day.
   

• DATA BACKUP - One issue we always hear about is:- " so 'n' so lost his or her data and files when they took their computer to a shop for an upgrade." This happens at the largest computer superstores where the technician does not know you, or your needs, and assumes you have backed up all your files! - We understand that you may not have backed up and promptly give you the option of doing so before work starts.

• LAPTOP REPAIR - We do laptop screen, inverter, power jacks, and hard drive replacements on all laptop brands & models.

• At CUSTOM-PC you will find highly skilled, certified technicians. Our staff is dedicated to fixing your computer problem the the first time. We STRONGLY believe in old-fashioned customer service.
