SYSTEM WE INSTALL SYSTEM INTEGRITY TABS. THESE TABS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED
FOR ANY REASON. REMOVAL OR BREAKAGE OF SUCH TABS VOIDS OUR WARRANTY.
ITEMS PURCHASED FROM CUSTOM-PC, AND INSTALLED BY CUSTOM-PC, INCLUDE A 30 DAY
LABOR WARRANTY.
OUR warranties ARE made only to the purchaser whose name
appears on the original invoice, is non-transferable, and is void if resold.
Service by any OTHER COMPANY OR PERSON voids any AND ALL
warranties.
ANY UNDER WARRANTY RETURNS THAT ARE FOUND TO BE caused
through service by a non-approved technician, CUSTOMER agrees to
pay custom-pc Computer Repair $69.00 per hour for such repairs.
custom-pc Computer makes no warranties that the products you
have purchased are compatible with any particular software or HARDWARE
UNLESS INSTALLED BY US. IF IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WE WILL SUGGEST AND INSTALL
A COMPATIBLE VERSION.
service by a non-approved technician voids any and all
warranties, expressed or implied. custom-pc Computer shall under no
circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages
including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of
such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising
out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase
price of the product.
ON-SITE SERVICE INCLUDES A 5 DAY WARRANTY. DUE TO THE
UNRELIABLE NATURE OF INTERNET AND HOME NETWORKS, CUSTOM-PC CANNOT GUARANTEE
THAT ANY CONNECTION OR NETWORKING PROBLEMS WILL NOT OCCUR. THE EQUIPMENT WE
INSTALL IS COVERED BY THE NORMAL 1 YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY AND IF ANY
EQUIPMENT IS DEFECTION YOU WILL RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON PRINTER INK. THE INK INCLUDED WITH
MOST NEW PRINTERS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURE FOR REFUND OR
REPLACEMENT.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS AND ISSUES MUST BE RESOLVED IN ONE OF OUR
RETAIL LOCATIONS. IF A PART UNDER WARRANTY IS DEFECTIVE, YOU MUST BRING IT
IN FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE BAD IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE
SAME ITEM OR THE UPGRADED VERSION IF IT IS DISCONTINUED.

UNOPENED ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITH A 15% RESTOCKING FEE

OPENED ITEMS CAN ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. MUST INCLUDE
ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL PARTS / SOFTWARE.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, OPENED SOFTWARE, PRINTER INK,
OR CD'S. NO RETURNS ON TRADE-INS, SALE OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS. LABOR & SHIPPING
IS NON REFUNDABLE.
REFURBISHED / USED SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED
FOR STORE CREDIT.
We can only accept returns in the same condition and
packaging in which they were shipped (e.g., New Factory Sealed items must
still be sealed).

NEW SYSTEMS CARRY A
6 MONTH HARDWARE WARRANTY. EXTENDED WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE ON MOST
ITEMS.
LABOR IS INCLUDED.
NEW SYSTEMS DO NOT CARRY
ANY FORM OF SOFTWARE WARRANTY. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR SOFTWARE RELOADED FOR THE
LIFE OF THE WARRANTY FOR 50% OFF NORMAL RATE. (DOES NOT INCLUDE DATA BACKUP)

60-90 DAY HARDWARE WARRANTY.

SOFTWARE REPAIRS. THIS INCLUDES VIRUS AND SPYWARE ISSUES. IF WITHIN FIVE
DAYS YOU FEEL THAT THE VIRUS & SPYWARE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED, YOU CAN HAVE
YOUR SOFTWARE RELOADED FOR FREE. (DOES NOT INCLUDE DATA BACKUP).
HARDWARE REPAIRS ARE
RARE, AND IF A WARRANTY IS INCLUDED, IT WILL BE NOTATED ON YOUR INVOICE.
ON-SITE SERVICE HAS A
ONE DAY WARRANTY. YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOM-PC THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR ANY
ON-SITE WARRANTY CLAIMS. IF WE ARE CLOSED, YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE.
YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO
TEST OUT YOUR SETUP BEFORE THE TECH LEAVES. IF THERE ARE ANY CONCERNS YOU
CAN ADDRESS THEM THEN. NETWORKING SETUPS DO NOT GO BAD. IF THERE IS A
PROBLEM IT IS HARDWARE RELATED. YOU MUST RETURN THE EQUIPMENT TO US FOR A
REPLACEMENT IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY.

STORAGE
STORAGE FEE OF $10.00 PER BUSINESS DAY IF ITEM(S) ARE LEFT MORE THAN 10 DAYS
AFTER REPAIR COMPLETION.
WE
WILL HOLD MERCHANDISE FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED 25 DAYS FROM COMPLETION
DATE. ANY ITEMS LEFT OVER 25 DAYS WILL BE SOLD.

ANY CASE FALLS OUTSIDE OF THESE COMPANY POLICIES, MANAGEMENTS DECISION IS
